Mike Irvin joined BCP Properties three years ago, specializing in farm and ranch sales and acquisitions. Being a land owner in the historical Norse District of Bosque County for 26 years, gives Mike an extensive knowledge of Bosque County and the surrounding counties. With his wide-ranging background in business and real estate, Mike shares his expertise with buyers and sellers alike. Before retiring to the Clifton area in 2000, Mike worked with Exxon in their real estate site selection and acquisition departments, and with the Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas in their Commercial Real Estate Division. Mike retired from The Southland Corporation, 7-Eleven division, after 25 years, where he served as Regional Development Manager responsible for real estate site selection and acquisition, store construction, and maintenance.
After his retirement, Mike and his wife Sara moved to their ranch in the Norse area west of Clifton where he pursued his life-long interest in art. When the opportunity arose, Mike decided to come out of retirement to join BCP Real Estate. Mike and fellow real estate agent Keith Morrison work together, and, with their combined knowledge of the area, make an excellent team assisting both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
