My husband and I have had a home in The Canyons on Lake Whitney for 16 years. He continues to practice family medicine at UT Southwestern Medical School. We have two wonderful children, Kim and Trey, who live in Dallas.
I attended Oklahoma State University followed by a 12 year career as an oil and gas exploration land agent in Oklahoma and Texas.. While raising our children I worked part time in accounting for an oil and gas exploration company and director of community service in our church.
My love of cooking led me to the catering business in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. In addition to cooking I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as reading, fishing and water sports.

Anna Marie Lindley, Broker
Born in 1941 and reared on a peanut farm in Comanche County, Texas, I married Charles Lindley in 1958. He is a true Aggie. We have two married sons and six grandchildren. Our oldest son, Don, and his family live in the Houston area and our youngest son, Dirk, and his family reside in Waco.
After having been licensed as a salesperson for several years, I obtained my Texas Real Estate broker’s license in 1994 and have actively been working in the real estate industry since that time. My employment history includes 25 years in manufacturing where I held various management positions. Marketing and sales were always my first love, and the real estate industry offers ample challenges in these areas.
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business from Tarleton State University. Church and community service have always been an integral part of my life, and I have served as a director on several boards including the Clifton Chamber of Commerce, Bosque Conservatory, Tejas Council of Camp Fire, Iron Springs Christian Camp, Clifton Educational Foundation, and the Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board.

Howdy! My name is Charles Lindley-Class of 1962, and it would be my pleasure to get to know you and show you farm and ranch properties in and around beautiful Bosque County.
I moved to the Clifton area in 1967 and have never wanted to leave. The beauty of the area and the wonderful people make quality of life in Bosque County a sure thing.
My agricultural background as a Vo-Ag teacher for 30 years will be an aid as together we seek to identify soil types, livestock suited for the area, local contractors, and adjoining neighbors. As a rancher myself in the area, I can give prospective buyers a true picture of what they can expect.

Hello, my name is Keith Morrison. I was born in Bosque County, at Clifton in 1961 and raised between my grandparent’s farm near Walnut Springs, Texas and Arlington, Texas. The day I graduated High School I moved back to Bosque County. This is the place I want to stay forever.
I attended Tarleton State University for two years and then started farming and ranching. I am a fourth generation native of Bosque County and was raised with the highest regard for this beautiful county we call home. This land is a gift and we should do all we can to improve and give back to it, always leaving it better than the way we found it.
Since 2001 I have raised my two children north of Meridian. They graduated at Meridian H.S. and are now attending Tarleton State University at Stephenville. I am a member of the Area Go Texan Committee and the Bosque County Hay Show Committee. Both of these organizations raise money for college scholarships for the students of Bosque County.

After graduation from Clifton ISD, I received my police certification from Tarleton State University in Stephenville and then later received a fire certification from Texas A & M Fire Academy. My work schedule as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of McKinney allows me to live in Clifton and also work as a Realtor. In 2006, my family (wife Lisa and two daughters) moved back to Clifton.
